What We Do
California Cottage Company is a small, independent residential developer in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are building the “missing middle” housing so desperately needed in our region. This includes duplexes, ADUs, and smaller starter homes. The Bay Area is a wonderful place to live, and we seek to build the homes to fit its current and future residents.
